These were originally mined in the 60's and are known as  Strawberry Quartz .These are extremely rare nowadays and this one is a sceptor ! Weight is about 151 grams . These usually have a white coating on them. In this specimen the coating  was ground off the top terminations and then coated with a resin to show the phenomenom of the hematite inclusions .
